Hello Henry,

The afterglow from the clinic has hung around the shop for the past couple of days. We were so pleased with the dynamics of the clinic, the fact that our staff remained engaged and active for 4 hours on a Wednesday night and, quite frankly, that it focused on how to relate to our customers in any context, not just when Asolo or Gore products are the reason for their visit to the shop.

We have all taken away many good lessons and techniques for discussing high quality products and narrowing the "value gap" while sharing the customers reasons for shopping and partnering with them in the entire store/trip/work experience ...

It was an honor having you and you are welcome back anytime. We enjoyed getting to know you and look forward to seeing you at industry events in the future.
